Hugh Graham (born 11 February 1949) is a Canadian equestrian.[1] He competed in two events at the 1984 Summer Olympics.[2] On September 21, 2023, a discipline panel convened under Equestrian Canada’s Discipline, Complaints, and Appeal Policy issued a decision regarding a complaint filed with Equestrian Canada against Mr. Hugh Graham. The panel found that Hugh Graham violated the 2019 EC Code of Conduct and Ethics, specifically section 1.c) (harassment) and article 1.e)iii (sexual harassment). In a separate decision from the same panel, received in November 2023, Hugh Graham was suspended from all EC activities for six months. [3]
