Alleged Chinese heritage.[edit]

For some reason, users kept adding that Yung's father was part Chinese, as shown in this previous edit[1], even though the sources provided make no mention of this. The Audrey magazine interview does not mention any Chinese ancestry, in-fact, Yung talks about playing "ethnically Cambodian" roles. Nothing about Chinese roots.[2] The other source cited in the previous version before removed, was an article from the New York Post, which cannot be used per WP:NYPOST, as it is not not considered a reliable. But if its worth mentioning, the NY post makes no mention of Chinese ancestry either.

Now, a new source from KGET-TV[3] has been added which does mention her father have partial Chinese roots, but I suspect that this information would fall under WP:CIRCULAR, as the writer may have just found this from her Wiki page or other unreliable sources. The wording actually looks the same as what was found on the "Early life" section of her Wikipedia article before being removed. But in the article, there is a quote from Yung which makes no mention of any Chinese ancestry, which Yung again just stating that her father is Cambodian and nothing else: "I grew up with my dad, who is Cambodian, but we grew up in France,” Yung says. “So, even though he has a very thick, strong Cambodian accent I could mimic him in my own language."
