Reference Needed?[edit]

I'm particularly confused as to why this page says the tournament will act as the qualifiers for the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup. The Qualifier information page says that details of the South American qualification process will be posted on a later date, though it does confirm how many slots the conference gets.
