Untitled[edit]

Hi, I've added some information on the regeneration of the estate today, I've tried to add citations to all the points so I don't think theres any reason to remove it again.

The opening paragraph is a little weak but I thought it was very important to point out the fact that the estate is (or was) the largest and most deprived estate in the borough. I could not find facts and figures on the net to back this up but I also found no facts or figures against it (i.e. no other estate is claiming the title of 'largest'). Certianly as the estate is redeveloped the area around it will also change drastically. Again, and as this is an event in progress, I though it was important to put this in. I also tagged the page as featuring a 'Current Event' which is arguabley true. I removed the stub as, although there is alot more which could be added, it is no longer a stub. I removed the importance tag as I think it may have been misused?
