Pici and bigoli[edit]

I removed the claim that pici and bigoli are interchangeable terms. Pici is made of white flour, has no hole in the middle and comes from Tuscany. Bigoli is venetian, made of buckwheat or wholemeal flour, has a whole in the middle and is served almost exclusively with a particular onion and anchovy sauce. If anyone has a reference for the two words being interchangeable please do reverse my edit. Thanks Douglasi (talk) 14:54, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
