Fair use rationale for Image:BladeRunnerBook.jpg[edit]

Image:BladeRunnerBook.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Add "(novella)" to article name[edit]

The name of this article, "Blade Runner (a movie)" will predictably mislead readers to think that it is about a movie named "Blade Runner". This article is about a novella entitled "Blade Runner (a movie)". Therefore, the name of this article should be changed to "Blade Runner (a movie) (novella)". No, you are mistaken. It is very unlikely people would type in that search phrase unless this is the article they are seeking. More than likely, though, they would find their way here from the dab page or a link in another article. But, it is highly unlikely they would end up here when they are searching for Blade Runner, the actual film. That is why your unnecessary page move was reverted. ---The Old JacobiteThe '45 03:31, 8 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The way I came to this article was: I started typing "Blade Runner" in the Search field (I wanted to display the article on the 1982 movie with Harrison Ford). Ten options then were displayed to me in the drop-down box below the Search field. Only one of the ten indicated that it is a movie: the article entitled "Blade Runner (a movie)". It seems to me that this must happen to a lot of people who are looking for the article on the movie. Wideangle (talk) 19:34, 11 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I find that highly dubious. The parenthetical "a movie" is now how films are disambiguated on WP. ---The Old JacobiteThe '45 04:09, 12 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I don't understand. What is it that you find dubious? Wideangle (talk) 18:33, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
