The airfield lies 2 miles (3km) to the east of the current Trapani airfield, not 8 miles (13km) to the south of the airfield. Easily verifiable by looking with Google Earth. Also, I would like to suggest a merge-in of the text found on the Italian Wiki page on the airfield (http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aeroporto_di_Trapani-Chinisia). The Italians have a fairly active avation community, but often shy away from posting text on english pages. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.171.24.168 (talk) 19:08, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think you are confusing the current Trapani-Birgi Airport (that is 2 miles est from Borizzo Airfield) with the old Trapani-Milo Airport (that is 13km north from Borizzo Airfield). Not sure from where did you get those distances but they seem correct to me.
The article also explains why there is a difference with the name between Italian and English and I suggest to move the article to Trapani-Chinisia Airport that was the official name and move the redirect on Borizzo Airfield.--Sal73x (talk) 20:56, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
