What does the CT stand for?[edit]

I can't find that anywhere.--Reversalmushroom (talk) 14:20, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Zoom meeting as a source[edit]

I'm pretty sure this was intended as a rhetorical question, but to the IP who asked so his OWN WORDS, aren't evidence enough? No, actually, a video of a government meeting is not enough - see WP:BLPPRIMARY. And it certainly doesn't cover the original research like Contrary to assertions made by Wilson.... If you want to include this, you need reliable, independent sources (see WP:REPUTABLE) that cover Wilson's position on this bill. If they don't think it's significant enough to be worth writing about, then neither does Wikipedia. Egsan Bacon (talk) 11:15, 29 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not certain I agree with the interpretation that the meeting protocol (video format or not) can not be used as source for Wilson's position on the matter, as it is an official and public document. Presenting the motivations given, preferably as a direct quotation, would not be a misuse in the sense outlined in WP:BLPPRIMARY. What the editor should not do and also why the reversal was correct, is the OR and Synthesis introduced. Another point though, how relevant/important is the stance on Right to repair? Is it more of a trivia addition, or something potentially carer defining? That should be considered for whether or not it should be mentioned in the article.
