tell me if this information network established under the united nations convention on biological diversity is not notable enough to have its own entry, if not it can be a link to a resource under other topics, input welcome

i can try to find out more history of the resource...

hmm there aren't a lot of people out there publishing research on the CBIN resource. after a short review, it looks like external authors are more likely to cite CBIN in *their* list of references. it seems a bit circular, but is CBIN's notability in fact supported by its use as a reference in published discussion of the united nations convention on biological diversity?
