This could be tweaked a little to turn it into Drug reform at the international level by adding methadone policy, etc. Rad Racer 01:40, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)

The "New Cannabis" is a myth. While the THC-level of domestic grown cannabis has increased due to repression-driven shifts to indoor growing on a professional scale, there has always been cannabis products with high THC levels available, like finest quality hashish, or hash oil with even higher levels. It should also be noted that a higher level of THC does not change the substance, its still THC, and the only difference is that less material has to be consumed for the same effect, which would suggest that a higher THC level is actually less of a health risk. However, on a legal market there would be the choice between different cannabis varieties, with different levels of THC. Its the repression that cause the growing to be done indoor, and that motivates growing varieties with high THC levels, which will yield a higher price per unit. 85.176.194.217 (talk) 19:53, 17 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
