"UK constitutional law"[edit]

King's Bench is a court of England. The UK wasn't founded until 96 years later. To what extent is this a UK case, rather than purely English? Should we describe the king in this context as simply "James I"? Hairy Dude (talk) 14:49, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
