Regarding esterase activity[edit]
I am not disputing this statement, just wanted to remind that there should be a reference citation within the text directly after the statement(s) that this alkaloid has such action.
Also, later when this topic is reintroduced, the topics of reversible and irreversible cholinesterase inhibitors is presented without making it clear which mode of action is produced by this alkaloid. Synthesis[edit]
Copy&paste from somewhere in the description of the synthesis. Nobody knows what is going on. Did the author know what he is talking about? That is my impression!
