Hannah's Peer Review[edit]

The opening overview is really good. I might add a section exclusively for the symbolism and iconicity, rather than jumping right into that in the overview at the top. (I am only suggesting that because that's what I did on my article, but if that doesn't suite you, you can totally disregard that suggestion).

Under the provenance section, instead of writing "where it still hangs", I think a different way of saying that, possibly like "where it remains today" could sound a little better. "Where it still hangs" sounds almost incomplete in a way.

Otherwise, excellent job. Really great page, good sources, and I can tell you are getting more comfortable editing and working in the sandbox. Keep it up! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Josiahkopp (talkcontribs) 01:31, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Change to "Christ Carrying the Cross (El Greco)"?[edit]

El Greco painted numerous paintings similar to this one. Seems to me that this page should be about that series of paintings instead of specifically about the one in New York. Most of the information in this page is equally relevant to the painting at the Met and the painting e.g. at the Museum of Catalonian Art in Barcelona.
