Support per above. The "hometown newspaper" mentioned by the nominator isn't actually from Nickell's hometown, though it is in that general area—he's from Paducah. I can personally vouch for him being known by his middle name; he and I were at Paducah Tilghman High School at the same time, though we weren't closely acquainted, and we were together at Tilghman for only one year. At the time, Tilghman was a three-year high school (grades 10–12), and he graduated two years before I did. — Dale Arnett (talk) 22:23, 24 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
