Removed prod[edit]

I have removed the prod from this article because the book has been reviewed in The Historian [1] and the Journal of Southeast Asian Studies [2]. It thus meets WP:BK #1. Unfortunately these reviews need a subscription to be accessed and I am unable to use them as sources. Bláthnaid 14:14, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
