It appears to be no more a genuine "museum" than a souvenir shop selling or displaying reproductions or facsimiles of objects in other museums would be a "museum". That is not to say it is not notable enough for an article - but let's set aside its "museum" status (maybe call it something less specific, like a "gallery").
