PR problems[edit]

I hadn't checked on this page in a while, but saw here that someone named "Fitsresearch" deleted some of my contributions to the History section:

The editor (whose only Wikipedia contributions are to this page) claimed I was a disgruntled former employee of FITSnews. This is 1) not true and 2) not a valid reason for deleting factual and relevant information.

I'll restore this content. It was adequately sourced and removed by an account who appears to have a conflict of interest. If it gets removed again, we can seek a third opinion. Philipnelson99 (talk) 04:06, 21 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
