Gus[edit]

Gus is definitely dead - http://artsbeat.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/10/09/vince-gilligan-of-breaking-bad-talks-about-ending-the-season-and-the-series/ For the guy who believes Gus is Harvey Dent. Let Me Eat Cake (talk) 15:45, 11 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Much unneeded picture[edit]

For an unknown reason, Koavf keeps reinserting Gus' final image. It does not explain what otherwise cannot be conveyed by text, forces the ending onto readers (even considering Wikipedia:Spoiler) and is unnecessarily gruesome. No reason was given in any of Koavf's edits. 208.114.113.103 (talk) 02:42, 20 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use If we have a section discussing the special effects and how they were achieved, you cannot do that only using text--that's why fair use exists. —Justin (koavf)TCM☯ 19:18, 20 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm with Koavf on this one. The special effect is not only one of the important points of the episode, it was a major aspect of the production of the episode. 3 months of development for 10 seconds of video? That's a lot of effort put in. Not only that, it's been discussed in more than one publication as a significant element of both production and episode content. Hell, it's even becoming a meme, as far as that affects anything. The image should stay -- Y|yukichigai (ramble argue check) 01:31, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Wow. How is it possible that we can see this image ? Any reader coming to this article knows immediately, not how Gus dies, but how he looks when he dies, which tells way too much about his death anyway. This is just an awful spoiler. One may want to read only the beginning of this article to grab a few informations, not wanting to see any spoiler... You can avoid reading the other paragraphs, but you can't avoid seeing this image. I'm glad I read this article after having seen this latest episode of breaking bad, I don't know how I would have reacted otherwise. Jojva (talk) 02:31, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Anyone who comes here before having watched the episode deserves what they get. I really don't buy that argument that we shouldn't include visual spoilers because it might give it away if someone wanders on here before watching. You want to avoid spoilers? Don't go to a Wikipedia page with a plot synopsis, end of story. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.240.186.225 (talk) 17:54, 21 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
