Fiscal Gap → Fiscal gap – As it stands, both words of the article are capitalized, suggesting it is a proper noun. However, the concept/metric is not a proper name, and therefore both words ought to be lowercase. Should be a simple move, but was not permitted to make the move. Comment: Fiscal gap already exists and redirects to Government budget balance. (A previous version of this redirect specifically linked to Fiscal_gap#Structural_deficits.2C_cyclical_deficits.2C_and_the_fiscal_gap; the current redirect may need to be updated as well). Comment It is impossible to decapitalize the first letter as the actual article title. You need to use the workaround to do that, by styling the title. -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 02:11, 31 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
