"The couple get an apartment"[edit]

In Commonwealth countries, singular words that refer to groups of more than one (family, couple, etc.) are treated as plurals. In the US, they are singular. So, since Gilmore Girls is an American show, it should be gets. Afheather (talk) 05:54, 5 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
