Russian Submarines[edit]

I think I can recall an article many years ago in a military magazine that stated Russian Typhoon and Akula class submarines used Gradiometers to help them navigate back in the 1980's. --Brian(view my history)/(How am I doing?) 23:13, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think they used magnetic gradiometers rather than gravity gradiometers --Markcsc (talk) 14:55, 16 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Second sentence[edit]

It might be just me, but the second sentence doesn't seem to make sense. It doesn't even have a predicate for all I can tell. I'm not a native English speaker but I have a good grip on both the grammar and vocabulary of it. Since I can't understand what it's trying to say, I'm not going to change it, but I advise that someone should look over the matter. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Preda (talkcontribs) 19:07, 7 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
