I think it works best as a single page because people often don't know whether what they're looking for is spelled with three A's or two. However, it doesn't solve the problem if the entries are still separated by spelling. To fix this, I moved all entries, regardless of spelling, into the various geographic categories. I then made the rarer "Grenada's" distinct with boldface E's, which may look odd, but it was the best idea I had. Any improvements are welcome! Moanzhu 19:13, 31 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
