Cricket (insect) move[edit]
Why is this page separate from cricket (insect)? The cricket (insect) page is now limited to true crickets. I think that it is safe to restore the redirect. Nereocystis 14:06, 30 July 2005 (UTC)
- Even in 2005, synonymising Gryllidae with "cricket (insect)" was inappropriate, but now more cricket subfamilies have been elevated to family level and this taxon name should be restored. Roy Bateman (talk) 06:26, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
