Deleting paragraph on SIS rumors[edit]

I deleted the following paragraph because it makes controversial and conspiratorial claims that lack any citations, but instead ambiguously cite "rumors." This violates Wikipedia's Verifiability requirement.

There have been rumors that H. Bradford Westerfield became an SIS officer as part of an effort of the U.K. to distort US foreign policy after the USA administration failed to support the UK during the Suez canal crisis. Furthemore there has been speculation that Vice President Dick Cheney was recruited by H. Bradford Westerfield in the early 60's as an SIS agent. If that was the case it could explain the willingness of the British government to support the invasion of Iraq.^{[citation needed]}
