Governor[edit]

Carl Hardwick was removed from post shortly after the 2013 HMIP report (see main body of Brinsford's wiki page). I'm not sure who the new governor is (other than that he likes red trousers), but I'm fully aware it's not Carl. Nor has it been, for well over a year.
