It stated that "The Kirthar National Park is located in Hyderabad district."

Kirthar National Park was never within the District limits of Hyderabad District. It was within Hyderabad Division and in District Dadu. Since then District Dadu also has been bifurcated into Distrcits Dadu and District Jam Shoro. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 116.71.75.3 (talk) 12:46, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Urbanised" = "Advanced"?[edit]

At present, the article states:

According to the 1998 census of Pakistan. it had a population of 4,339,445 of which 50.07% were urban[1]. It is thus the second-most advanced district in Sindh.

Read as stated, this seems to indicate that the district is "advanced" because it has a high percent urban population. (Of course, formally it also could mean that it is advanced because it has a low urbanisation percent; but I find that rather unlikely to be intended.) Now, not everybody agrees that a higher percentage of city-dwellers in a district automatically indicates that it is more "advanced".

Hence, I propose that "second-most advanced" is replaced by "second-most urbanised", if indeed this is what is intended. If there are some other criteria used, then add these, and remove "thus".--JoergenB (talk) 20:39, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
