Not to be confused with ...[edit]

"AEIOU - Sometimes Y" by Ebn-Ozn (1984). The text is *exactly* the same as in the Freeez track, but both the melody and the rhythmic structure are different; in other words, these songs do not have too much in common with each other. Title definitely suggests it, the thieving Liben-Rosens. Can only think it's a deliberate ploy, release a god-awful song with a name that sounds like an existing hit. The "sometimes Y" song is too awful to exist for any other reason. Honestly, some good British lads try and do a bit of hip-hop, and greedy New Yorkers come rip them off. FWIW the existence of the EBN-OZN version must confuse at least half the people who ever go looking online for this great song they heard when they were young. Certainly did me.
