What "true story"?[edit]

The tag/teaser line in many of the commercials for this show state that it's "inspired by a true story."

It's based on Fauna Hodel's book One Day She'll Darken, wherein she writes of discovering her dark lineage. The TV series was also initially titled as such. For now, that's how this article is worded, until the series airs and, by chance, uses the "true story". More likely, it will have "based on" or "inspired by" the book in its title cards. — Wylie pedia @ 04:27, 26 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
