Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here) --Pugliesig (talk) 18:23, 7 November 2016 (UTC) Ignazio De Blasi was the most important historian telling about the history of Alcamo and its families and institutions. He is very often mentioned by authors, and while writing about churches in Alcamo. For a person not living here maybe it is difficult to recognize this fact, but inside the Civic Library in Alcamo, there is the manuscript written by him. The fact that there is not much information about his person does not justify the deletion.If you want I can do other personal researches in this library, meanwhile leave it, it is so important for people, students and scholars from Alcamo and its surroundings, to ind it on Wikipedia.
