Energy and financial services

When talking about a country and their infrastructure, would it make sense to include broader mention of infrastructure in the lead section of this page? This could include more detail on energy, financial services, telecomm and broadband, etc. For now I have added an expand lead tag to the page to more adequately summarize the article and frame the scope of the article/page. Cleanup of various economic definitions and civil engineering material
