Why is each league listed twice?[edit]

It's strange that each league appears with a heading followed by a two-column table, the left column having one row repeating the name of the league and the right column listing the teams. Wouldn't it make more sense to get rid of the table and just list the teams in each league? —Anomalocaris (talk) 02:28, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
