note[edit]

Almost all of the text in this article used to be in the Manuel Puig article. P4k 10:17, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

note[edit]

The summary forgets to include the third film, about the servant and the WWII veteran, which comes in chapter 5 (between the current "Second Film" and "Third Film"). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 160.39.178.213 (talk) 03:09, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[edit]

I have suggested that the play and the novel articles be merged. This is because they are both relatively short, and obviously the main plot, etc, are the same! Your thoughts are welcome. -- PhantomSteve (Contact Me, My Contribs) 00:20, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree Phantomsteve. It may be cleaner but ultimately they aren't the same medium therefore it would make the page illigitimate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Adolbeare (talkcontribs) 20:24, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I also disagree Phantomsteve. The novel was published before the play. --Aestrella (talk) 22:33, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I also disagree. The play has a life of its own as an entity. --gary zinter — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.19.0.120 (talk) 18:10, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
