Inclusion criteria[edit]
Consider List of people from New York City. Is it a random selection of people from NYC? No, that would be absurd. Is it a list of people from NYC who are listed on a website somewhere? No, that would be pointless. Instead, it is a list of people from NYC who are notable/have articles on Wikipedia.
