Year joined team section (similar to NHL)[edit]

I think that it would be beneficial to have an additional column in each roster to highlight the year each player joined the teams that they currently play for. I have tried to add this, but for some reason, it doesn’t show when I try and preview. What do I need to do to make this happen?
