8th Amendment[edit]

It would be better to incorporate this into the article rather than as a see-also. I don't see that it came up in the court's decision, but other sources seem to indicate Lopez invoked it in his appeal. It would be helpful to know what part of it, so that the article could possibly then be categorized in the relevant subcategory of Eighth Amendment caselaw. –Roscelese (talk ⋅ contribs) 06:20, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
