Release[edit]

It seems that only the video is released on August 28. Musicmania has now changed the release date again. [1] October 8!!! --Gbuvn (talk) 20:18, 29 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Musicmania apparently isn't a legit source. The single was actually released on August 29th (at least online it was the 29th); ever since the video has been up and the song has been playing on the radio, so how is even physically possible that the song will be released on October 8th? The source is wrong. Simple as that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1007:B01E:14A9:8CE2:6E10:57AC:3946 (talk) 20:22, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

'Impacted'?[edit]

What in the world does this sentence mean? "The song impacted radio stations, as well as a digital download, on October 19, 2012." Is this some weird rarely used definition of "impact"?

I'd swap in another verb but I have no idea what this sentence is even supposed to be saying. Wiktionary gives the following definitions:

  1. (transitive) To compress; to compact; to press or pack together.
  2. (transitive, proscribed) To influence; to affect; to have an impact on.
  3. (transitive) To collide or strike.

But since songs do not compress or collide with radio stations, and there's no indication how this song might actually "influence" them, I have no idea what it's trying to say.

Somebody please fix this. Or at least explain what in the world it's trying to say. (I'm a native American English speaker; I can't claim to have a super extensive vocabulary, but Wikipedia is supposed to be generally understandable by most people and not require esoteric knowledge to understand an article about a pop song of all things....)

Maybe "was released"? Though I'm not sure that songs are released directly to radio stations.... 202.151.248.13 (talk) 03:01, 12 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I think they used to send promo CDs to the radio stations but I don't really think that's still the case. --Gbuvn (talk) 18:29, 12 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure that would qualify for the use of this verb. Maybe something along the lines of "[t]he song was simultaneously released to radio stations and made available as a digital download on October 19, 2012"? 118.100.170.192 (talk) 08:40, 13 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Production location[edit]

Where was it filmed? The exterior shots reminded me of a Transformers movie. -- Beland (talk) 23:18, 27 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
