Baka-Updates[edit]

You need a better source than a website literally called "idiot-updates" to assert that the character is one breed or another, no matter what your comment line in the article code says. I'll give you a few days, but if you can't find one, I'm going to edit it to say "dog" until someone comes up with a direct source from the mangaka or anime production company to clarify what breed she is. 67.0.64.212 (talk) 07:50, 27 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

An official source doesn't need to be found if there's weight in the evidence. The issue seems to have arrived with Muco not "looking like" an Akita, but Arthur did not look like an aardvark. '''tAD''' (talk) 14:47, 27 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Because Baka-Updates is both based on user generated content and promotes copyright violations, it cannot be used as a source. Why it slipped threw the normal filters, I don't know how. —Farix (t | c) 19:57, 27 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Possible circular reference[edit]

The date of Italian article claiming that the dog character is an Akita is September 13, 2015. The date of this article when the character was identified as an Akita is June 27, 2015‎. That means that there is a strong potential for the Italian source to be a circular reference. Also, the Japanese version of the article calls the breed Shiba Inu, even though that is not sourced in that article either. —Farix (t | c) 20:16, 27 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
