Correct name of court[edit]

Section 4 of the Magistrates Court Act provides as follows:

(1) A court called the Magistrates Court of Western Australia is established.

The correct title of the court should be Magistrates Court rather than Magistrate's Court, so change has been reverted. Assize 04:10, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
