If so, "would add to the realism to their films" is ungrammatical. Is it possible to check whether the original actually said, "would add to the realism of their films"? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 08:31, 22 February 2021 (UTC)

I have removed a lot of uncited material and opinions. The references are no longer relevant, so I am moving them here in case anyone wants to get these books and add relevant information with citation. For what it's worth, I was unable to find any of these on archive.org.
