"Against this backdrop"[edit]

This clause concerning doping is unfair. There were intenartional rules regulating doping and she didn't test positive in any of her medals or world records. To say that her records should be viewed "against this backdrop" (the widespread use of anabolics in the former east germany) is speculation. 84.254.51.137 01:09, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
