1991 Canada, 1993 US[edit]

Is this really a "United States" film released in Canada years before the U.S., as we say in the infobox? That needs some explanation supported by a formal reference.

I am not sure about the release date, originally it was listed as 1993 until it was changed to the Canadian release date, [1], with the edit summary of "changed to original film release date." Unfortunately it looks like that editor is no longer active, so we can not ask them for further reasoning or a source. In my Google searching everything I have found says 1993 or March 26, 1993 except for IMDb listing 1991 behind the title, but has the release date of March 26, 1993. IMDb is not a reliable source and a user may have requested the change. My suggestion is to change it to March 26, 1993, but only after a reliable source is found to back it up or if a reliable source can be found for the Canadian date, then the U.S. release date should be removed from the infobox.
