Article Improvements[edit]

Martin's early fashion shows were among the first in late 20th century Paris fashion to readily incorporate demographics that were not traditionally present in fashion shows, but it isn't well mentioned in the article. Mayaamills (talk) 03:18, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Leuven[edit]

"Never had his picture taken"?[edit]

Under the heading "Life and work", it states "Throughout his career, Margiela has maintained a low personal profile. He has never had his picture taken..." This is unsourced, it's irrational, but more importantly, it is untrue. Here, for example, is one photo that's been taken of him (in 1997): http://www.nssmag.com/data/images/galleries/7404/mmm-reference-6-20140728323709.jpg . So perhaps the statement should be changed to something like "He avoids having his picture taken..." Thoughts? Bricology (talk) 08:32, 26 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
