I'm doubting the need for this page. All of the information on major/minor characters that meet notability requirments were already covered in the "major characters" article. I don't understand why we would want to list these characters by their house since their houses really don't have much to do with anything. An excellent example is Petyr with House Baelish. Petyr is the only person of note to come from that House, so why are we going to list him by House instead as the "independant" character that he really is? Nobody is concerned with House Baelish as an institution, they are concerned with the character of Petyr Baelish. I think that we need to keep in mind that this is not a web-based "World Book" but an encyclopedia. The organization and coverage of material in the articels needs to reflect that.
