Discography[edit]

The "discography" section doesn't have:

  • Live At The Caravan Of Dreams

Even if this is an album that was not approved by Monte, something about it (including his opinion) should be in the article. Wikipedia is NOT just for promoting and pandering to artists and the like.

What's the skinny puppy?

Delete the daughter's death[edit]

If the article had an extensive write-up on Montgomery's personal life, and the death of his daughter was just a piece of it, I think that might be appropriate, but it's the ONLY thing there and it feels wrong, like someone included it for a personal reason rather than because it's inclusion was appropriate for the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.137.251.249 (talk) 23:23, 18 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article is only a stub, so there is hardly any content at all. The death of his daughter is unquestionably a notable event in his personal life. More content would be welcome, but it would be strange to remove a notable event just because nothing else has been added yet. (Hohum @) 23:48, 18 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Daughter's Death[edit]

I disagree with it's proposed deletion, although I do appreciate the respectful brevity. However, I would also like to suggest including the information on the ownership of the gun. Who's gun was it? There is a difference between picking up and "playing" with a handgun that is just laying around, and bringing one into someone else's house. It's a natural and basic question, and within wiki's scope to inform.Jonny Quick (talk) 02:22, 17 September 2011 (UTC)Jonny Quick[reply]
