Where is this case?[edit]

I created a link to List of United States Supreme Court cases, volume 389 but it's not listed there, I assume because cert. was denied. So maybe there should be a cite to the lower case decision as well. It looks like Douglas and Stewart dissented though. I'm just not sure why it's not listed in the volume case list, or whether it should be.
