Vandalism[edit]

I've found and taken care of a few obvious vandalisms in this page, such as the "fun fact" that Munn loved doughnuts, but some could remain. Ye Be Warned. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.221.25.226 (talk) 22:22, 25 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Contradiction[edit]

"The Munn case allowed states to regulate certain businesses within their borders", yet the ruling is "regarded as a milestone in the growth of federal government regulation". I understand that the point of the ruling is that public services can regulate private institutions essential to people's welfare, but who was supposed to do the regulation the State government or the Federal government.--99.27.172.244 (talk) 15:32, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
