Dates[edit]

The intro to the article says the series ran from 1985 to 1991. The Infobox says 1985 to 1989. Which is correct? 68.146.52.234 (talk) 22:07, 26 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Cast member[edit]

Dear Editor, Perhaps you can help me. My name is Stephen Mendel. I have been a professional actor for over 45 years. I was a series regular on Night Heat for 95 out of 96 episodes. (I missed one while working on a movie) I had a publicist who submitted an article about me and my work and my history which was taken down by some anonymous editor who said that I was not important enough to be in Wikipedia. I notice many of my cast mates, some with fewer credits and less experience than I have who still have pages. The article about me was resubmitted with footnotes connecting to magazine articles and newspaper articles and reviews of my film, television and stage credits. The anonymous editor struck again and deleted the article. I do not claim to be a big star. However I am a successful working actor with a fairly large body of work that has sustained me for over 45 years. I do not know who this editor is or why he or she has decided to keep me out of Wikipedia but I think it is wrong and I do not know how else to proceed.
