This page is pretty good, but still has some citation overkill. Sections that have a lot of single issues cited should combine into a longer footnote rather than having a citation for each one. We should also look at sections that have 3 or 4 citations should be looked at in comparison to the material they're referencing. Citekill looks sloppy, but we can fix it!
