The fan spelling of 'Gellar' is much more highly accepted than the show's 'official' spelling, it's even used on Liza Weil fansites and almost all fanfiction. I think both spellings should be acknowledged with the Gellar spelling taking precedence. Mrschimpf 09:47, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Honestly, "fan spellings" are really irrelevant in the face of official information. The spelling "Gellar" is worthy of nothing more than a footnote. Also, please sign your comments by typing "~~~~". --bdesham 00:26, 17 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I agree - listing subjects in an encyclopedia under a deliberate misspelling doesn't make sense to me. Jlahorn 22:19, 17 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I did a redirect from the 'Paris Gellar' spelling to this page, I just wanted to confirm if it was appropriate or not to go with the different spelling. I can live with that. Mrschimpf 09:47, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
"Gellar" is formally used by some reliable sources, which means it isn't simply categorised as a fan spelling. I'm noting this. 66.217.231.83 (talk) 06:10, 27 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
um..i dont want to whine or something
but the pic is much below the quality it could be (as are the other photos on the GG articles )
It's good enough for what we need actually...considering how hard it usually is to find pics of Liza in-character as Paris that aren't screencaps or have other cast members in them, the photo is good. We can't do it to high-res, otherwise there's a conflict. Nate 22:06, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
