Down-grading[edit]

I downgraded both the quality and importance ratings of this article. It has some editing issues still tagged. While it is still taught in American law schools to this day, it is of merely pedagogical and historical interest rather than precedent. Bearian (talk) 20:52, 19 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
